Shipping Policies:
Most items are shipped via USPS Priority Mail and shipped within 24 hours of receipt of your order. Cost varies by weight.
International buyers please note additional shipping charges will be incurred. You will be contacted by Costa Azul with the addtional charges.
Surfboard Shipping:
We offer flat rate shipping for surfboards, skimboards, bodyboards, and skateboards. Shipping Rates to the continental US are as follows:
Surfboards up to 6'6": $95
Surfboards 6'8" - 7'3": $125
Surfboards 7'6" - 8'0": $135
Surfboards 8'2" - 9'6": $145
Skimboards: $35
Skateboards: $35
Bodyboards: $30
Surfboards must be sent to a Business address and insurance is included in the above shipping quotes. Surfboards shipped to residential addresses can not be insured and Costa Azul assumes no responsibility for the condition of surfboards shipped to residental addresses.
Surfboards, skimboards, skateboards and bodyboards are shipped via DHL Danzas Ground and will ship within 48 hours of purchase date. These rates are valid for orders within the continental US only. International customers, please email us for shipping rates.
Return Policy:
We want you to be happy with your purchase! Costa Azul will gladly exchange items provided they are returned within 7 days of receipt and are in the original condition. Upon receiving your return, you will be issued store credit for the purchase price less shipping and handling.
We do not offer refunds.
